2017 år ble et strengere år for næringslivet. Staten vil effektivisere privat sektor slik at flere skal følge reglene og overholde fristene, samt at vil få penger inn i kassa fra «slappe» aktører gjennom dyre gebyrer.
Mange fikk med seg at det nå er innført tvangsmulkt som beregnes daglig. Tilleggsskatten ble også strengere (starter på 20 %).
31 mai er fristen for å levere inn skattemelding for selskaper (ligningspapir på gammelt vis). Hvis man ikke leverer skattemeldingen, blir det kostbart. Før kunne man slippe unna med gebyr på kr 200 hvis det var et underskudd i selskapet. Nå er det både tvangsmulkt og tilleggsskatt som kommer, det er blitt dyrt rett og slett å overse fristen. For manglende levering er tvangsmulkt kr 524,5 per dag (maksbeløpet 52 450 kroner).
Hvis det er regnskapsfører eller revisor som rekker ikke pga. interne greier, så søker de på om utsettelse. Men hvis du ikke leverte alt nødvendig til regnskapsfører/revisor som avtalt (les i god tid, ikke to dager før leveringsfrist), bør du søke om utsettelse selv.
Inne på Altinn finnes et skjema RF-1114 «Søknad om utsatt frist for levering av skattemelding for formues- og inntektsskatt – næringsdrivende 2016». Husk å utfylle søknaden innen 31.05, da får du en måned ekstra til å levere skattemeldingen.
Husk at jo mer ryddig du driver et selskap, jo bedre er det for din økonomi.
