Bryllupsplanlegger. Del 1

«Vil du gifte deg med meg?» – det er et spørsmål som de fleste jenter vil høre fra kjæresten sin. Og jeg tror det spiller ingen rolle om frieriet skal skje i parken, på restauranten eller til frokosten. 
Tanker om et fint og koselig bryllup kommer vanligvis etter at du sa «ja». Tanker om selve planlegging kommer rett etter. Selv om ord bryllup har assosiasjoner med romantikk, skal man ikke glemme den økonomiske siden av det.
Da vi skulle gifte oss, fant jeg ikke en planlegger, hvor vi kunne hente god nok informasjon fra. Etter en lærerik og spennende prosess vil jeg dele mine tips med dere. 
 

Første steg: Budsjettet 
Har dere råd til å gifte dere? Se på økonomien og sett en plan for når har dere mulighet til deres drømmebryllup.
Vil dere gifte dere NÅ, helt i orden! Man kan jo gå til tinghuset og ha en koselig middag med familien og venner, slik at det ikke skal koste en formue å feire dagen. 
Vil dere ha et mer avansert selskap, når økonomien sier «njaaa», men reklamen fra tv?n forteller om enkle løsninger som forbrukslån? Tenk deg om to ganger, eller helst dropp det.

Bryllupet er en fest for en dag (oftest), men et lån kan ta flere år å bli kvitt (ikke alle ekteskap overlever nedbetalingstiden)
For å sette opp budsjett, bestem dere for hva dere vil, med et realistisk syn. 

Når Hvem Hvor og Hva

Bli enig om de viktige elementene: Når, hvem, hvor og hva. Grillfest i hagen er billigere enn selskapet på restaurant. Tidspunkt for bryllupet blir avhengig av deres mulighet til å spare til det. 
Etter at dere har funnet et tidspunkt, er det viktig å sjekke kirke (hvis dere ønsker vielse) og selskapslokale. Vi startet med planlegging et år før, og fikk allerede høre «vi kan skrive dere på venteliste som nr 6»! Bryllupet var i samme periode som konfirmasjons perioden, og da var de fleste lokalene rundt oss booket 3 år på forhånd.

Når dere har bestemt dato og gjesteliste, sjekk lokaler som kan være aktuelle. Undersøk muligheter om lokalet kan tilpasses til deres bryllup. Hos oss falt valget på en stor kantine for 500 personer, men det ble gjort om til vårt selskap for 40 gjester.
