Økonomiske mål de neste 12 måneder

Jeg elsker å sette flere mål for meg selv, kanskje fordi jeg er skytten som stjernetegn.

Jeg vil kalle meg selv en «liste»-person, jeg pleier ofte å skrive ned liste med handlevarer /oppgaver / gaveønsker osv. Det er noen måneder siden sist jeg har gått gjennom mine økonomiske mål, og derfor vil oppdatere disse. Det er også enklere å gjøre det «offentlig» på bloggen, det blir ekstra motivasjon å nå målet.

Her kommer listen med mål jeg satt for vår familie:

Jeg skal forklare litt rundt målene:

-Tørketrommel med innstallasjon og panelovner: til sammen kr 17 000, det er vel ikke så mye totalt sett. Men vi har gjort betydelig oppgradering i de elektriske, så husfond-kontoen er tom, og derfor er ikke bare bare  akkurat nå. Men jeg har tro på at det går an å ordne innen 31. januar.

– Hageoppgradering: jeg satt * her for å ha det som et ekstra-prosjekt, dvs. ikke obligatorisk, men ønskelig. Jeg ble lært at jo mer står på listen jo mer blir gjennomført. Derfor er det fint å ha det på en liste. Vi har en skrå del av hagen som jeg ønsker å flate ut. Jorden er hard som stein (leire), så vi må ansette noen til å gjøre det.

– Ferietur til syden: vi ønsker å dra til Rhodos med datter, og bestemte oss for en 2-ukers reise. Her kommer både turen og diverse ting man må ha til baby på tur.

– Start i barnehage: Anna Sofia skal starte i barnehage fra neste år, og som jeg forstår blir det ikke gratis (her snakker jeg om kun «pakken» man må skaffe til barnehagen har ikke helt oversikt enda hvor mye skal det koste, så bedre å spare mer enn for lite)

– Billån: opprinnelig skulle vi betale billånet over tre år, men for meg som hater lån, er det helt uakseptabelt. Vi ble akkurat ferdig med topplånet på huset (to år før skjema), så jeg satser på å bli ferdig med billånet to år tidligere.

– Boliglån: allerede fra januar blir renten høyere, og rentekostnadene øker betydelig for oss. Derfor setter jeg som mål å betale ekstra på boliglånet, slik at vi får spare på renter og gebyrer. Plannen er å nedbetale lånet raskere enn banken satt opp (det er en selvfølge for meg).

Ser det realistisk ut? Jeg tror det, og skal holde dere oppdatert på bloggen.

    Så mange fine mål!
    Av nysgjerrighet; har du en plan om å sette et eksagt tall på hvor mye mer du vil betale på boliglånet også? (bare lurer fordi jeg gjorde «bommerten» med å si jeg skulle betale mer uten å gi meg selv et tall; og jeg ser nå at med et tall er jeg mye flinkere)

    Men et tips: det er lettere å oppnå sparemålene til de hyggelige tingene (ferie, hage osv) hvis du lar være å betale ned lånene så raskt. Spør banken om avdragsfrihet 😉

    I utgangspunktet er plan å betale ned så mye som mulig 🙂 Men siden først prioriterer vi billån (med høyeste eff. rente) og jeg er i mamma-permisjon, så det er litt strammere budsjett for ekstra-avdrag. Men jeg tenker kr 20 000 må være realistisk (innen 31.10.19)

    I do not know if it’s just me or if everybody else encountering issues with
    your site. It appears like some of the written text in your posts are running off the screen.
    Can somebody else please provide feedback and let me know if this is happening to them as well?
    This might be a problem with my browser because I’ve had this happen before.

    Today, I went to the beach with my kids. I found a sea shell and gave it to my
    4 year old daughter and said «You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear.» She put the shell to her ear and screamed.
    There was a hermit crab inside and it pinched her ear.
    She never wants to go back! LoL I know this is entirely off
    topic but I had to tell someone!

    Today, while I was at work, my sister stole my apple ipad and tested to see if it can survive a 25 foot drop, just so she can be a youtube
    sensation. My iPad is now destroyed and she has 83 views.
